GOOGLE CHROME: DON’T BE A BROWSER

Google Chrome, the world’s most beloved browser, was turning ten in 2018. As we looked back over the past decade, one thing was clear: passivity had taken over.

Social media, an abundance of content, and algorithms designed to keep that content coming had us all mindlessly scrolling, streaming, and staring instead of doing.

So for Chrome’s first campaign in almost a decade, we knew we needed to wake the world up. Our rallying cry was “Don’t Be A Browser”. A call to action to do something, anything, big or small. A reminder that Chrome can help us make the most of the web and of ourselves.
